Summary

The summary page displays a customisable list of generated reports. By default, these reports are:

  • Services report
  • Hardware report
  • Interfaces report
  • Routing table report

The list of reports displayed on the summary page can be customised using the Information | settings configuration page.

Information about the content of each report can be found on the Information | reports help page.

Reports

The reports page displays the list of available reports on this system. Reports can be viewed individually or included as part of an extended report. Additionally, the report settings can be saved so that a customised set of reports can be viewed at a later date.

Viewing an individual report

To view an individual report, locate a report in the list and click its View button.

Viewing multiple reports

To view multiple reports, select the Include tick-box of each report to be displayed and click the View button at the bottom of the page.

Customising reports

Some reports provide additional controls that allow their content to be customised. Choose appropriate options for a particular report and view it in the normal manner.

Selecting the reporting format

There are two reporting formats that can be selected from the Report format drop-down menu:

  • Standard - The report is displayed graphically in HTML format.
  • Tab Separated Value - The report is displayed textually, with values separated by TABs.

Settings

The settings page contains a reports table that allows the content of the Information | summary and Main | control pages to be customised. The reports table contains the following columns:

  • Report - The title of the report.
  • Options - Additional configuration controls determining the report's content.
  • Summary - A tick-box control that toggles the display of the report on the Information | summary page.
  • Main - A tick-box control that toggles the display of the report on the Main | control page.
Changing report settings

To change the report settings, choose any custom required report options and set the Include tick-box controls for the summary and main pages. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
