| Split |
This scheme divides the available bandwidth of the line into several partitions.
Unused bandwidth in one partition is not shared with the others.
The same set of tags as the Default scheme has been duplicated
but named with the partition letter in front of them such as Anormal.
The Optional scheme parameter specifies how many ways the split is to be performed.
If no parameter is specified this defaults to 2.
Splits are always equal: 50/50 33/33/33 25/25/25/25 etc.
Otherwise the scheme is the same as Default.
